We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Sr. SEO Executive to develop and execute SEO strategies that improve search rankings, organic traffic, leads, and overall website performance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, along with hands-on experience in SEO tools and the ability to manage SEO projects independently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic and leads.
- Perform Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis and Keyword Mapping.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, images and internal linking.
- Plan and execute quality Link Building strategies.
- Conduct Technical SEO audits and identify website issues and opportunities.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Work closely with content, development and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google Algorithm Updates, AI-driven search trends and the latest SEO practices.
- Use AI tools effectively for SEO research, content optimization, analysis and productivity.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights based on performance data.
- Manage SEO projects independently and take responsibility for achieving defined SEO goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in the IT Services Industry.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong understanding of Keyword Research, Link Building and Content Optimization.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of current SEO trends, Google algorithms and AI-related search developments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO activities/projects.
